Local Solutions to Global Problems.

Since the very beginning indigenous communities, based on their local wisdom consciously or unconsciously have been adopting coping strategies to deal with unstable environments. Therefore, it is required to bridge the gap between scientific research and local perceptions and adaptations to climate change. This research thus intends to document and evaluate the local perceptions and adaptations on local knowledge that can lead formulation and implementation of policies and projects on the subject of climate change.
